Using TMB to precipitate HRP substrate in western blots

1.   Wash membrane in PBS after HRP-conjugate incubation step
2.   Equilibrate in 10mM sodium citrate, 10mM sodium EDTA pH 5.0 for 5 min
3.   Equilibrate in sod citrate/EDTA buffer with 1% dextran sulfate for 10 minutes
4.   Wash 3 times in citrate/EDTA buffer
5.   Develop with 0.05mg/mL TMB in citrate/EDTA buffer
