Using TMB to precipitate HRP substrate in western blots
1. Wash membrane in PBS after HRP-conjugate incubation step
2. Equilibrate in 10mM sodium citrate, 10mM sodium EDTA pH 5.0 for 5 min
3. Equilibrate in sod citrate/EDTA buffer with 1% dextran sulfate for 10 minutes
4. Wash 3 times in citrate/EDTA buffer
5. Develop with 0.05mg/mL TMB in citrate/EDTA buffer
