Retroviral Transduction using Plat E supernatant

1.   Plate 1 million cells per mL (1 mL/well of 24-well plate)
2.   Add 1uL polybrene (stock at 4mg/mL)
3.   Add 20uL 1M HEPES
4.   Add 1 volume viral supernatant (1mL:1mL cells)
5.   Centrifuge at 30? C, 1300g for 90 minutes
6.   Loosen by pipetting
7.   Incubate at 37? C for 3-4 hours
8.   Replace media with fresh media
